FatMan100 started as a challenge to myself. I wanted something that would fit around real life, something difficult enough to push me outside my comfort zone every day, but achievable enough that I had no excuse not to try.
The challenge is simple: walk 10 km every day for 100 days. No missed days. 1,000 km in total. It’s not about being an athlete or becoming a different person overnight.
It’s about turning up, doing something hard, and finding out what 100 days of keeping a promise to yourself can change.
Why not join me? You don’t have to walk 10K a day. Walk 1K, 5K, whatever works for you. This isn’t about keeping up with me, it’s about setting your own challenge, getting outside your comfort zone and turning up for yourself every day.
